PB1960 – Large GFRC Fountain Basin

Overview

The Large GFRC Fountain Basin is manufactured in Saginaw, Michigan, and features a flat supported top deck with recessed plumbing channels and a manifold pocket. It is specifically engineered for lightweight fountains, including Blue Thumb’s handcrafted Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) fountains.

Note: Some heavier fountains (vase fountains, real stone fountains, or any heavy point-load items) may require an AquaBox^® Basin to ensure long-term support and structural stability.

How It Works

This basin acts as a concealed water reservoir, recirculating water through compatible GFRC fountains. Its recessed plumbing channels allow clean hose routing, while the manifold pocket supports multi-outlet setups. The reinforced deck distributes weight evenly, and the pump access chamber allows easy maintenance.
