How the Pond-Less Waterfall System Works

After excavating a basin, Basin Matrix blocks are placed on top of a rubber liner to form a high-capacity underground reservoir. A pump housed in a Pump Canyon pushes water through PVC flex hose up to a cascade box. Water flows down the stream and returns to the basin, where it is continuously recirculated.

Easy Installation with Our Kits

  • Step 1: Lay out Basin Matrix and Pump Canyon configuration and excavate basin.
  • Step 2: Install underliner, rubber liner, Pump Canyon, and Matrix boxes.
  • Step 3: Extend liner up the slope and place the cascade box.
  • Step 4: Install pump and connect plumbing to cascade box.
  • Step 5: Cover with decorative stone, build the waterfall, fill, and power on.

Pond-Less Waterfalls for Trouble Areas

Ideal for steep slopes and areas where plants or mulch won’t stay in place, pond-less waterfalls transform difficult landscapes into beautiful focal points.
