Elite Cascade Falls Boxes are engineered for pond-less waterfall applications as an alternative to large biological waterfalls. Each unit includes a black Matala diffuser mat for even water flow, an integrated landscape lid for concealment, a detachable weir, and all required installation hardware. Multiple units can be installed side-by-side to create wider or custom waterfall designs.

How a Pond-Less Waterfall System Works

A concealed basin is excavated and lined with underlayment and rubber liner. A Pump Canyon® houses the pump, which pushes water through PVC flex hose up to the Cascade Falls Box. Water spills evenly over the weir and flows back into the lined basin, creating a continuous recirculating waterfall without an exposed pond.

Installation Overview

Step 1: Lay out the basin and Pump Canyon configuration and excavate.
Step 2: Install underliner and rubber liner, then place matrix boxes and Pump Canyon.
Step 3: Extend liner up the slope and position the Cascade Falls Box.
Step 4: Install pump and connect plumbing to the Cascade Box.
Step 5: Cover components with decorative stone, stack rocks, fill with water, and power on.
