Muck Buster^®Lake naturally reduces up to 2” of sludge, muck and/or debris per month

Muck Buster Lake 1oz tablets contain highly concentrated natural bacteria and enzymes by converting muck to an odorless gas. This formulation is great for pond and lake muck removal along shorelines, docks, or beaches.

How to Use

Muck Buster® Lake can also be used as a total pond and lake treatment to remove up to 2-inches of muck per month.

Apply when temperature is above 50°F. Wait at least 3 days after any algaecide application. For persistent problems apply up to every 3 days at the prescribed dosage until the problem is corrected, then return to normal application rate. Quickest results seen when used in correlation with Pond Cleaner™ Lake clarifying treatment.

Determine Treatment Area

For total pond and lake treatments, [Length (ft) x Width (ft)] / 43,560 = Surface Acres.

For beach and shoreline spot treatments, (Length x Width) = Square Feet.

How to Apply

Distribute pellets from shore and/or boat. Muck Buster® Lake works best if distributed evenly from shore or in the body of water.

When to Apply

Apply every two weeks when water temperatures are above 50°F. Wait three days after an algaecide and/or herbicide treatment to apply Muck Buster.

Water Use Restrictions

Can be applied to ponds and lakes used for irrigation, aquaculture, and recreation. Safe for fish, pets, livestock, wildlife and the environment. Water treated with Muck Buster^®Lake may be used for recreation immediately after treatment. Do not use in water that will be used for human consumption.

Storage and Handling

Keep the product in the original container and closed when not in use. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not allow to freeze. Wear rubber gloves when handling. Avoid dust inhalation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Wash with soap and water after use. Muck Buster® Lake has a 5-Year shelf life.
